J&J Leadership Academy Incorporated, is a brotherhood consisting of all of our youth members and men of all ages, inspiring unity throughout and accepting one another with a spirit of unconditional brotherly love.

J&J Leadership Academy Incorporated will strive to stay consistent in all that we plan to do and accomplish, so that all of our youth members will know that we are a source of stability in their lives.

J&J Leadership Academy Incorporated are active leaders in their community and provide a sense of service, accountability and duty.

We empower our male youth members to think outside the box and lead within the paths of their choices, thus working towards having a plan for present and future success.

Paying It Forward

To whom much is given, much is required! Our younger members will grow into becoming High School Ambassadors/peer mentors, meaning that they give back to the younger members of the program and receive additional leadership training and opportunities to showcase what they have learned. .
